We loved rooms with great hot water & good continental breakfast. The location was nice, for example, Yeshiva University Museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Mosquitoes in my room. Noisy air conditioner.

It's a unique and comfortable b&b in the Chelsea in Manhattan with a very courteous staff and nice sized rooms. We had to extend our stay indefinitely at the last minute due to Hurricane Irene and they were happy to have us stay and helped us with find transportation to upstate ny when the trains were disabled. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and it's subway close. We'll definitely return.

Such a friendly and warm feeling - beautiful decor without being pretentious. The best complimentary breakfast I've ever had in a downtown hotel. The resident cat who rides the elevator with you is also a major selling point.

The breakfast was delicious and we loved the lobby where it was served. The breakfast had lots of options: pastries and fresh fruit. Also, location was absolutely perfect, at a medium distance from a long-standing department store. Everything was simply immaculate.

The staff, especially Thomas, were very friendly and helpful. The Inn felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well appointed. The beds were excellent and the airconditioning was a life saver in summer. Location is excellent. We shall definitely consider staying an the Inn again. The Inn is most suitable for families or groups of friends on holiday.

Staff was welcoming and charming. Breakfasts were delicious. Loved the European feel of the whole experience. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Infinitely nicer than a big chain hotel!
Water pressure was a bit low--but we know that's common in New York. Mattress was just a little soft for us. But really, we're nit-picking here. Loved it and would recommend it and return ourselves.
